Dear Todd,

I'm sorry I take so much time in between writing letters to you. I know you won't be reading these for a while but there is still a time stamp so if you've noticed the gaps then here is my official apology.

On another note...

I know I've said it before but, I love that you aren't picky about food! When I bought tofu (to make Vietnamese noodle soup) I figured I'd come home to groans and complaints like I've heard from everyone else I've tried to cook tofu for, but you just said "Hmmm sweet. I like tofu" and complimented me on the finished meal as well. So glad I can cook whatever I want an still be able to enjoy it with someone.
